J--NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Missouri Basin Regional Office (MBRO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Flatwater Fleet of Saginaw, Minnesota. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, fabricating, painting, and installing a potable flatbed water tank assembly compatible with the Government-furnished carrier. The scope of work includes appurtenances, lighting, toolboxes, headache rack, mounting hardware, and general water transport for drilling activities within the Missouri Basin Region. • The purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.106-1. • The vendor must be able to provide the product/services listed above. • The deadline for submittals is June 29, 2026, 10:00 a.m. MDT. • The government reserves the right to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice.
