Description
The Town of Southampton, Massachusetts is seeking sealed bids for the College Highway Water Main Replacement Phase II project. The project involves furnishing and installing approximately 4,730 linear feet of 12-inch PVC, 320 linear feet of 8-inch PVC, and 80 linear feet of 6-inch PVC water main along College Highway, including gate valves, water services, hydrants, and related work. Bidders will be required to be prequalified through MassDOT for Water and Sewer projects. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required with bid submission. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Contract Price.
• The project is being bid under the provisions of MGL Chapter 30 Section 39M.
• Contract Documents may be examined and/or obtained after January 28, 2026, at Comprehensive Environmental Inc.
• A copy of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon the deposit of $100.00 (refundable) by check or money order made payable to Comprehensive Environmental Inc.
• The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
