The Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) is issuing RFQ 27016 for the purchase, delivery, and acceptance of 21 pad‑mounted distribution transformers to support the Manokotak electric distribution upgrade. Transformers must meet detailed technical specifications (voltage, kVA, efficiency, tap settings, enclosure standards, etc.) outlined in Appendices C‑E, and be delivered FOB Southcentral Alaska to a contractor yard in Anchorage or the Mat‑Su Borough. Vendors must submit a net price quote (FOB destination), complete Appendix D bid schedule, and provide required certifications (Debarment, Lobbying, Build America/Buy America).
