Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs at Orlando VA Healthcare System requires a solution to provide projection mapping that shall be connected to the current digital signage platform. The projector should be installed outside the Central Energy Plant (CEP) near the Water Tower and project images on the Water Tower to display information relevant to the medical facility. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to design, construct, and install a complete outdoor Projection Mapping Infrastructure and 4K-RGB Laser Projector System Installation. Key requirements include:
* Constructing a reinforced masonry column to support the projector
* Trenching and installing conduits for power and data services
* Installing the projector and associated hardware
* Configuring the projector system to integrate with the existing digital signage platform
* Providing training and documentation to VA personnel
* Ensuring compliance with safety and security requirements
