Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking bids for the demolition and offsite disposal of the Swimming Pool, Kiddie Pool, and Kiddie/Splash Pool, a small CMU structure, limited tree removal, and portions of the pool deck as outlined in the plans. The contractor is expected to provide a construction entrance along with Erosion & Sediment Control elements which will remain in place until the construction of the new pool begins in a few months. The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and perform all work required by the contract documents.
• The project includes demolition and disposal of existing pool structures

• The contractor must complete the work within 90 calendar days
• The contractor must provide a performance bond and payment bond
