Supply and Installation of Gas Valves for Wastewater Boilers

The City of Lincoln is seeking bids for the supply and installation of gas valves for wastewater boilers. The project consists of supplying four Maxon 300CMA11BF52BB21B0 valves, which are 3” E/M CP Flow Auto Shutoff Valves. The vendor will be responsible for removing existing valves and installing new ones, as well as obtaining and paying for all necessary permits and licenses. The projected lead time for the valves is 10 to 12 weeks, and the project completion should be done by the end of July 2026. • The vendor must have experience in HVAC services similar to those described in the bid. • The vendor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. • The vendor must obtain and pay for all necessary permits and licenses. • The vendor must remove and dispose of all material, debris, and installation materials in accordance with regulations. • The vendor must comply with the City of Lincoln's cardboard recycle law.
