Product Manager Navy/Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to enter into sole-source negotiations with Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS to provide development, production, and sustainment support for the Naval Strike Missile (NSM) Launcher Unit (NLU), Weapon Control System (WCS), and supporting equipment of the NMESIS launcher. The United States Government (USG) lacks the technical data rights in the NLU, WCS, and missile interfaces required for competitive acquisition.
