Addendum No 1-Governance, Risk and Compliance Auto Platform

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Office of Technology (WVOT) to establish a contract for the purchase of Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option for renewal. The successful vendor will be required to provide GRC software maintenance and support for the initial term and any subsequent renewal periods. • The GRC software should be able to provide a comprehensive platform for governance, risk, and compliance management. • The software should be able to support multiple users and provide real-time reporting and analytics. • The vendor should be able to provide training and support for the software. • The vendor should be able to provide a detailed plan for implementation and rollout of the software.
