Description
The West Virginia University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate the third floor of the Administration building located at the West Virginia University Innovation Corporation in Morgantown, WV. The renovation will serve as the operations lead for the WVU School of Medicine Cancer Prevention and Control team. The project involves approximately 10,300 square feet of space and requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and requirements outlined in the RFP.
