Description
The US Embassy in Paris, France, is soliciting bids for the renovation of two bathrooms with toilets in an apartment located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. The project involves demolition, construction, and installation of new fixtures, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and lighting. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project is expected to last 7 weeks, and the contractor will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00. The contractor will also be required to submit detailed drawings and products data for approval by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to starting work.

• The contractor shall furnish and install new bathroom accessories, including a mirror, cabinets, and a trash bin.
