Description
The City of Detroit is seeking quotes for the demolition of residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed.
• The city will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually.
• The city reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
• The city will consider the lowest, responsive, and responsible bid price with consideration to local preferences.
• The city has prepared a publicly available resource folder for review and download.
• Suppliers must review all pertinent documents prior to submitting a response to this RFQ.
