This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and floor‑care services for the Alabama Department of Public Health’s county health department facilities. The contract requires daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties, strict on‑site supervision, immediate remediation of deficiencies, and a mandatory pre‑award site visit. No subcontracting is allowed, and the vendor must supply product/equipment lists, maintain daily logs, and manage security/key responsibilities.
• Daily cleaning of waiting areas, offices, break rooms, and restrooms using high‑coefficient disinfectants and color‑coded microfiber cloths.
