Description
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) Division, is seeking a contractor to provide Permanent Record Dosimeter (PRD) Badges on an as-needed basis. The badges must comply with FEMA regulations and provide accurate and reliable information. The initial order is expected to be approximately 6,000 units, with additional units ordered as needed. The contract term is anticipated to be from March 20, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with the option to extend up to 27 months.
• The contractor must provide PRD badges that meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.
• The contractor must provide cost detail and pricing information.
• The contractor must provide product documentation and sales literature.
• The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation.
