Campuswide Study Abroad

The University of Texas at San Antonio is conducting a market‑research Request for Information to gather data on industry standards and pricing models for a future multi‑year, turnkey study‑abroad program. The RFI seeks detailed information on how vendors would design, manage, and price short‑term (2‑4 week) business‑focused overseas education programs, covering advisory services, student travel coordination, risk management, and travel logistics. Responses will be used to develop specifications for a potential RFP, but no award is guaranteed at this stage. • Scope includes program design, faculty collaboration, student recruitment, payment processing, pre‑departure orientation, on‑site coordination, health and safety support, and transparent cost structures. • Vendors must describe their service model, staffing ratios, risk‑management protocols, and provide illustrative (non‑binding) pricing frameworks, including fixed vs. variable cost components and typical mark‑ups. • No compensation is provided for responding; all submissions become public property under the Texas Public Information Act.
