Addendum #1 - 1616 W Crawford Demo

The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish the former Ambassador commercial building at 1616 W Crawford Street, including all structural components, foundations, basements, and ancillary features such as a swimming pool, septic system, and associated utilities. The scope also mandates utility capping, sewer sealing within five feet of the property line, site safety measures, debris removal (up to eight loads per day), and post‑demolition drainage‑area cleanup. Bidders must hold a Kansas Class A‑C General Contractor license or a Specialty Demolition Contractor license, or be able to obtain one within ten days of award.
