Description
The project involves modernizing nine elevators, including the Morgue elevator, and their associated machinery at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. The contractor must provide all necessary tools, materials, components, labor, and supervision to replace and modernize the elevators, improve system reliability and performance, and upgrade existing conditions to comply with current code requirements. The project must be completed within 490 calendar days of receipt of a Notice to Proceed.
