2026 Southfield Road Water Main (Contract WM 2026-01)

The City of Lathrup Village is seeking bids for the installation of a new water main along Southfield Road. The project includes the installation of 2,400 feet of water main, gate valves, fire hydrants, and domestic water services. The contractor will also be responsible for sidewalk and ADA ramp replacement, pavement replacement, and lawn restoration.
