Description
The Texas A&M University System is seeking bids for the purchase of imaging equipment for the Clinical Veterinary Teaching & Research Complex at Texas A&M University. The equipment includes an MRI system, a CT system, and a dual syringe injector. The bidder shall provide all necessary labor and materials for the installation of the equipment. The expected delivery date is June 1, 2027, and the equipment shall be installed, tested, and fully operational by July 30, 2027.
• The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document.
• The bidder must provide a company quote that includes the description, product name, model number, and all components included in the product offered.
• The bidder must provide full descriptive literature, cut sheets, and specifications for all products quoted.
• The bidder must provide warranty information and a service plan.
• The bidder must provide references for three projects where they have provided similar products or services.
• The bidder must provide a HUB Subcontracting Plan.
