FCI Milan - Emergency Surface Blowdown Heat Recovery/DA Controls

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide emergency surface blowdown heat recovery and DA controls at the Federal Correctional Institution in Milan, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project, including removing the existing combined surge and deaerator tank, providing a temporary surge/deaerator system, and installing a new two-tank system.
