RMHI, C25HI1, Highline West Phase 2 Day Use Area Development

The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the construction of beach and day use facilities at Highline Lake State Park. The project includes the development of a day use area with parking, restrooms, sidewalks, shade shelters, sitework, landscaping, paving, and other activities. The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, construction surveying, stormwater controls, demolition and site clearing, excavation and embankment, subgrade prep and fine grading, water system services, on-site wastewater systems, electrical services, irrigation system, and other tasks.
