Description
This solicitation is a sole‑source renewal for the maintenance and support of the Mindfire Technology platform that powers ABC’s mobile application used to locate over 4,000 product SKUs. The State of Alabama will continue to fund the annual service contract for a one‑year period, extending from October 1 2026 through September 30 2027, with a total contract ceiling of $25,000. The vendor will be responsible for all software updates, bug fixes, help‑desk support, and any required enhancements to keep the application operational and secure.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the Mindfire mobile app.
• Deliver software updates, patches, and feature enhancements throughout the contract year.
• Ensure compatibility with ABC’s inventory database of 4,000+ SKUs and maintain system performance.
• Meet all State of Alabama procurement requirements (e‑Verify, registration, tax compliance, etc.).
• Contract value cannot exceed $25,000 and may be renewed annually for up to five years, subject to performance and budget.
