Planned Residential Demolition: Group 12.12.25 (14622 Glenwood - Demo Only)

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking qualified vendors for the abatement and demolition of residential properties. The work includes asbestos material removal and disposal, demolition and debris removal, backfill, grading, and seeding. Vendors must submit a quote using the provided documents, including a price sheet and professional rate schedule. The city reserves the right to reject any quote and may award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. • The quote must include all required documents, including a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. • The vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a notice to proceed. • The city reserves the right to modify the services provided by the respondent awarded a contract. • The vendor must provide performance and payment bonds to the city for the total amount of the work included under the contract. • The vendor must register in the city's Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal and be set up for ACH payment to receive payment.
