Description
The Walker County Schools district is seeking a vendor to renew licenses for its existing network equipment, supply compatible replacement hardware where needed, and perform full installation and configuration using the district’s existing cabling. The contract may be awarded for a single year with the option to extend up to five years, and the vendor must be an E‑Rate “green‑light” provider linked to the ALJP State agreement.
• Provide renewal licenses (or equivalent) for current switches and related network gear, with documentation confirming compatibility and seamless integration.
• Supply and install new switches (models 5‑400, 3‑400, 1‑465) and access points (AP410C, AP460C) as listed in the attached inventory spreadsheet, using existing fiber and cabling; no re‑cabling required.
• Submit a mini‑quote via email (subject “WCSlicenserenew/AP2026”) that includes unit pricing, total cost before E‑Rate discount, the district’s ALJP contract number, and the vendor’s E‑Rate SPIN; all signatures must be in ink.
• Vendor must have at least three years of operation, be in good FCC standing with green‑light status, and be associated with the current ALJP State agreement.
