RFP-159602-Landscape Architectural Services for UAW Project

The City of Dearborn is seeking a consultant to provide landscape architectural services for the Community Development Block Grant Program-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Green Infrastructure Program. The selected consultant will help with the planning, design, and construction management of a green infrastructure project. The project aims to mitigate stormwater runoff and improve the exterior landscape of the United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 600 facility. The scope of work includes site analysis, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding and negotiation, construction administration, and post-construction services. • The project is funded through the CDBG-DR program. • The consultant will work closely with the City's Economic Development Department and Department of Public Works and Facilities. • The consultant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act. • The consultant will provide technical guidance and direction to the project team. • The consultant will be required to submit a project work plan, attend biweekly progress meetings, and provide regular updates to the City.
