Dallas ISD is seeking a licensed Texas public insurance adjusting firm to provide “as‑needed” claims‑recovery services for any property‑loss event affecting DISD facilities. The vendor must respond within two hours of a loss‑notification, conduct on‑site inspections within 24 hours (or same‑day on request), and deliver an initial claim report within 15 calendar days. Ongoing duties include detailed damage investigation, Xactimate estimating, inventory assistance, coordination with insurers, weekly status updates, and representation in settlements or mediations.
