The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Department of Military Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate the Russellville Armory, a 16,400‑square‑foot facility. The scope includes complete interior upgrades—restrooms, showers, classrooms, offices, storage, lockers, new IT and office spaces, and a food‑service area—plus replacement of HVAC units, storm and sanitary sewer piping, and obsolete lighting fixtures. Bids must be submitted electronically through the state’s e‑procurement system; hard‑copy or mailed bids are not accepted. A site visit is scheduled for 12 August 2026, and interested firms are encouraged to attend.
