USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18) EYE WASH ALARM SYSTEM; REPAIR

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to repair the eye wash alarm system on the USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18). The period of performance for this project is from 7/27/2026 to 10/31/2026, and the place of performance is Commander, Fleet Activities "Sasebo" (CFAS) in Japan. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka will issue a competitive solicitation to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan. • The contractor must meet certain criteria, including providing necessary documentation to demonstrate authorization to perform this work in Japan. • Contractors located outside Japan that do not demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will not be eligible to receive an award. • The contractor must possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region, or agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order.
