The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SGVAHCS) requires a full turn-key solution for ergonomic workstations within the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) Department. These workstations will support inspection, assembly, and packaging workflows for reusable medical devices in a manner that promotes efficiency, safety, and ergonomic compliance.
• The workstations must have 304-grade stainless steel with approximately 2.5-inch-thick tabletop for durability and stability.
• The workstations must have a durable backsplash design approximately 8" x 4" to support cleanliness and structural integrity.
• The workstations must have an organizational pegboard wall attached to the table, with pegboard moving up and down with table height adjustment to keep tools within ergonomic working range.
• The workstations must have shelves with integrated lighting attached to the pegboard to improve visibility and reduce productivity loss due to poor lighting.
• The workstations must have a tabletop light with an acrylic sheet with a printed ruler for measuring.
• The workstations must have a peel pouch organizational rail and a pull-out scale.
• The workstations must have plastic-covered bins and a task light with magnification.
• The workstations must have a built-in heat sealer shelf and a minimum 3-year electro-mechanical lifter warranty for all height-adjustable components.
• The workstations must have cord management, easy cleaning, and electrical features such as a built-in GFCI-protected electrical box with multiple outlets, electrical and mechanical grounding, and a resettable circuit breaker for overload protection.
The offeror shall provide an on-site representative to assist with installation oversight and provide in-servicing and SPS department training on the installed equipment.
