Description
Missoula County is seeking a consulting firm to provide comprehensive public participation and engagement services for the update of its Comprehensive Plan covering unincorporated areas. The work includes developing a communications strategy, finalizing a public participation plan that meets state land‑use planning requirements, organizing in‑person meetings and workshops, designing and administering surveys, producing graphics and cartographic products, and delivering a final outreach report. The County will retain overall project management, while the consultant will supplement staff with outreach execution and deliverable creation. The effort may be performed in phases and could be expanded to support land‑use regulation development or targeted economic development district plans.
• Strategy development and messaging for growth‑related policy initiatives.
