Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide locksmith services for the ALDOT Birmingham Office Complex. The services required include re-keying standard door locks with and without existing keys, re-keying master locks with and without existing keys, and providing an hourly labor rate, service call fee, and parts and materials. The vendor should be located within 40 miles of the ALDOT Birmingham Office Complex. The contract will be for a period of 9 months, from January 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
• The vendor must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically.
• The vendor must provide a quote for the required services.
• The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The vendor must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The vendor must provide proof of qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance, if requested.
