Bridge - NAVSEA Information Technology Support Services

The Naval Sea Logistics Center is seeking to negotiate a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) sole source bridge contract with Orbis Sibro Inc to provide uninterrupted Information Technology Support Services. The contract will include a 6-month base period and a 6-month option period. The services will support the NAVSEALOGCEN Cyber IT & Systems Operations Department in developing, maintaining, and assessing life-cycle support policies, procedures, and processes. The functions supported by this contract include IT, cybersecurity, configuration, logistics, and technical data services. The contract will support various programs such as Model-Based Product Support, Configuration Data Manager's Database, Budget Planning System, Program Support Data Automated Reporting and Tracking System, Ships' Maintenance and Material Management System, Real-Time Outfitting Management Information System, and Advanced Technical Information Support. • The contract is for a bridge period to provide uninterrupted support. • The contract will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type. • The contract includes a 6-month base period and a 6-month option period. • The services will support the NAVSEALOGCEN Cyber IT & Systems Operations Department. • The contract will support various programs such as MBPS, CDMD-OA, BPS, PARTS, SHIPS3M, ROMIS, and ATIS.
