The State of South Carolina is issuing a statewide term contract to supply reinforced‑concrete culvert pipe (D6 type) in a variety of diameters for use on highways and other public works. The solicitation is divided into eight geographic lots, each requiring complete pricing for every pipe size; offers must be submitted online by the bid opening date. The contract runs for a maximum of five years (initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year extensions) and includes an administrative services fee of 1.25 % of total purchases. Qualified manufacturers must be listed on SCDOT’s Qualified Products List and meet SCDOT specifications for concrete pipe.
