The County of Queen Anne’s is soliciting sealed bids for the design‑build construction of a Post‑Anoxic Reactor (PAR) tank and associated upgrades at the Sudlersville Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope includes rehabilitation of an existing Biolac reactor (sludge removal, diffuser replacement), replacement and enhancement of the chemical feed system, construction of a cast‑in‑place concrete PAR tank, and installation of related electrical, control, and mechanical equipment. Bidders must provide performance and payment bonds, a bid security of 5 % of the bid price, and demonstrate that at least 50 % of the work will be performed with their own forces.
