Description
The Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing hydraulic HVAC controls system at the Campbell Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Newport, KY with a new digital Direct‑Digital‑Control (DDC) system. The scope includes removal of the old system, supply and installation of the new DDC hardware, programming, startup, and integration with existing building equipment and the Commonwealth Energy Management and Controls System (CEMCS). Additionally, the gas‑fired makeup air unit (MAU) and exhaust fan serving the kitchen hood must be replaced. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the Commonwealth e‑procurement portal; a mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9/28/2026.
