Health and Welfare Benefits

The San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) is seeking a qualified individual, firm, or corporation to provide comprehensive health and welfare benefit administration services for its employees and affiliates. The successful vendor must demonstrate substantial experience in benefit plan design, enrollment, compliance, and ongoing administration, hold all necessary licenses, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Proposals must be submitted through the Brazos Valley e‑Marketplace (Ionwave) by the March 31, 2026 deadline, with all questions due March 9, 2026. HUB International will act as the broker throughout the selection process. • Scope includes design, implementation, and management of health and welfare benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.). • Vendor must provide compliance reporting, employee communication, and ongoing customer service. • All deliverables, pricing, and performance metrics are to be detailed in the full RFP downloadable via Ionwave.
