Description
The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to remove eleven (11) trees and/or stumps located in the public right‑of‑way on South 3rd Street and to perform associated site restoration. The work includes complete tree removal, stump grinding to a depth of 24 inches, back‑filling and compaction, utility protection, daily debris removal, and compliance with safety and traffic‑control standards. The contractor must complete all work within 60 days of the contract start date and bear all costs except for traffic‑control, which will be funded by NCDOT.
