Landscaping Maintenance Services for Development Authority Properties

The Development Authority of the City of Forest Park, Georgia, is seeking bids from qualified firms for landscaping services. The authority owns 10 properties on Main Street that require bi-weekly services during the Grow Season (March - September) and once a month maintenance during the Slow Grow Season (October - February). Additionally, 4 properties off Main Street will be maintained once a month. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, supervision, fuel, materials, travel, disposal, overhead, insurance, and profit. • Bi-weekly services during the Grow Season for 10 properties on Main Street • Monthly maintenance during the Slow Grow Season for 10 properties on Main Street • Monthly maintenance for 4 properties off Main Street • Optional services such as mulch installation, seasonal flower installation, shrub replacement, tree trimming, tree removal, irrigation repair, storm debris removal, emergency call-out, and additional mowing • Pricing must include all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, fuel, transportation, materials, disposal, permits, insurance, overhead, profit, and all incidental costs necessary to perform the work.
