Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is soliciting bids for the production of a direct mail package consisting of a pictorial window envelope, an insert, and reply cards. The package will be printed in 4-color process with Pantone 187C and Pantone 296C, and will have an overall aqueous matte varnish. The contractor will be responsible for printing, converting, and assembling the package. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
