Description
The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Electrical Supplies stored at their distribution center to supply to all of BISD on an as-needed basis. The contract will encompass warehouse drop shipments as specified in the line item schedule. The estimated annual contract value is $42,219.70. The contract term is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods.
• The scope of work includes providing electrical supplies, including fluorescent lamps, ballasts, and occupancy sensors.
• The district reserves the right to award the contract to a single proposer, multiple proposers, or in any combination deemed in the best interest of the district.
