Management Services for Self-Funded Group Health Insurance

The District School Board of Pasco County is seeking a proposal for management services for its self-funded group health insurance program. The program currently covers approximately 9,839 individuals, including employees, retirees, and eligible dependents. The selected administrator will be responsible for providing improved care management and reducing the total cost of care per member without sacrificing the quality of care delivered. The core components of the program include health plan administrative services only (ASO), group medical plans, and Medicare Advantage Plan. The administrator will be required to partner and coordinate with the District and its vendors and consultants throughout the duration of the contract.
