Procurement of APS-143C(V)3 radar system components for the HC-144 Aircraft.

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is soliciting proposals for the procurement of APS-143C(V)3 radar system components for the HC-144 Aircraft. The solicitation includes six line items for various components, including Signal Proc, Receiver/Transmitter, Antenna-Pedestal, APS-143 S/P Container, APS-143 R/T Container, and APS-143 A/P Container. The contractor shall provide new manufactured commercial items and furnish a Certificate of Conformance. The USCG requires delivery of all items within 60 days after receipt of the order. • The contractor shall provide pricing as requested in the Schedule of Supplies. • The contractor shall indicate the number of days after receipt of order that the materials will be delivered to Elizabeth City, NC. • The USCG requires delivery of all items sixty (60) days after receipt of the order (ARO). • The contractor shall allow the Government access to all applicable areas of the contractor’s facilities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. • The contractor shall retain all records in accordance with FAR 4.7 Contractor Records Retention.
