Collinsville North Stairway Refurbishment Project

The Tulsa City-County Library is seeking a contractor to refurbish the north grand entry stairway at the Collinsville Library. The primary objective is to remove and replace all brick surfaces associated with the stairway while preserving the existing historical appearance, layout, color, pattern, and architectural character. The scope of work includes demolition, brick replacement, subsurface preparation, installation, and cleanup. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, waste containers, removal of debris/trash, and incidentals required to complete the project.
