Description
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is soliciting proposals to provide treatment services, including mental health and substance use treatment, for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The selected vendor will provide services within the Eastern District of Texas, specifically in the Longview area. The term of the agreement is 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional four years. The vendor must have a physical site within the catchment area and provide services that are readily accessible to defendants/persons under supervision. The evaluation criteria for award include technical acceptability and the lowest price to the Government.
