Description
The State of Delaware is seeking qualified contractors to replace six escalators at the Leonard L. Williams Justice Center in Wilmington. The work includes full demolition of existing units, supply and installation of new escalators, associated electrical and control system upgrades, and construction of temporary partitions to control noise and dust. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid basis, with a 10 % bid security and 100 % performance/payment bonds required.
