Description
The City of Midland is seeking bids for a plastic fence netting system. The bid includes providing pricing for the system per the attached specifications and standard instructions. A voluntary site walk is scheduled for May 27, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the City of Midland Landfill. The bid submission can be delivered or mailed to the City of Midland, Office of the City Clerk.
• The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “BID 4662 – PLASTIC FENCE NETTING SYSTEM”.
• Bid documents are available for download at Bidnet Direct by SOVRA/MITN Purchasing Group.
• The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids.
• The contract between the City of Midland and the successful vendor will be constituted by the Invitation to Bid and all its pages, documents, and attachments.
