Shell Beach Drive Bridge over Pithon Coulee Repair

The City of Lake Charles is seeking qualified contractors to repair the Shell Beach Drive bridge over the Pithon Coulee. The work includes structural reconstruction of the bridge’s northeast portion, replacement of damaged handrails, repaving, removal of a damaged streetlamp, and installation of new lighting fixtures at each corner of the bridge. The scope also covers concrete removal, demolition, new reinforced concrete slabs, sidewalk construction, and associated electrical work. Bidders must be licensed in Louisiana, provide a 5 % bid bond, and certify that they have inspected the site.
