Description
The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of Law Enforcement Personal Safety Lights for all Troopers to enhance safety. The contract will be for an initial term of two years, with the option to renew for up to two years. Bidders must submit a completed electronic copy of the price sheet and a signed pdf copy of the price sheet. The Department reserves the right to waive minor deviations or exceptions in bids, and bids that do not conform in all material respects to the requirements of the solicitation will be rejected as non-responsive.
• The Department is dedicated to fostering the continued development and economic growth of minority, veteran, and women-owned businesses.
• The Contractor shall provide a monthly Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) Report.
• The Contractor shall complete and submit a PUR 7801, Vendor Certification Form, prior to the effective date of the Contract, and annually thereafter.
• The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the state of Florida, Office of the Governor, Executive Order Number 20-44, regarding the submission of an annual report.
• The Contractor shall not use coercion for labor or services as defined in section 787.06, F.S.
• The Contractor shall not provide commodities produced by forced labor.
