Rail Control System (RCS)

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is seeking a modern rail control system (RCS) through this Request for Proposal (RFP). The selected firm will provide a comprehensive RCS solution, including network software, communication equipment, and computer software. The proposal must be submitted through TriMet's eProcurement System (TriP$) by February 4, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. local time. A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 14, 2026, via WebEx.
