Description
The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) requires mobile communication services and devices to support school operations in Guam. The contractor shall provide mobile devices, associated service plans, warranty support, and administrative services. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the evaluation criteria include technical capability, past performance, and price. The contractor must provide a quote that meets the requirements of the solicitation, including technical specifications, delivery date, and price.
