The City of Chandler is seeking a qualified contractor to execute heavy‑construction work for Phases 1 and 2 of the Tumbleweed Ranch project. The scope includes demolition, site grading, utility upgrades, parking lot and fire‑access improvements, irrigation, landscaping, tree salvage and planting, fencing, shade structures, and renovation of historic farmhouses and the Red Shed Theater. Coordination with other ongoing city capital projects is required. • Phase 1: demolition, grading, irrigation upgrades, parking lot enhancements, retention basins, tree salvage/planting, fencing, fire‑access road, utility services, shade structures, relocation of Red Shed Theater. • Phase 2: historic farmhouse restorations, landscape and hardscape upgrades, service‑yard improvements, additional retention basins, pedestrian pathways, new arbor structure, utility and irrigation upgrades. • Contractor must collaborate with parallel city projects (Ryan Road Improvements and A.S.R. Wells 11‑12).
